Terms of Use

The short version

  • Flowjar is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
  • Flowjar is a planning tool. It isn’t a bank, a lender or a financial advisor, and its forecasts are estimates.
  • Flowjar Pro subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store settings.

1. Agreement

Flowjar is provided by FightTech (“FightTech”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using Flowjar, you agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) and to these Terms of Use, which add to it. If anything in these terms conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Flowjar.

2. What Flowjar does

Flowjar helps you plan your personal cash flow on iPhone: it estimates what’s safe to spend today, forecasts your balance, splits your income into jars, reminds you of bills and records your spending. It works from the information you enter. Flowjar has no account and doesn’t connect to your bank.

3. Not financial advice

Flowjar is not a bank, a lender, a payment service or a financial, investment, tax or legal advisor, and nothing in the app or on this website is financial advice.

  • “Safe to spend”, forecasts, lowest-point estimates and jar splits are calculations based on the information you enter and on assumptions such as your pay schedule and recurring bills. They can be wrong if that information is incomplete or out of date, or if your circumstances change.
  • These figures are estimates to help you plan. They are not guarantees and not recommendations to spend, save, borrow or invest.
  • You are responsible for your financial decisions and for checking your actual account balances. For advice about your situation, speak to a qualified professional.

4. Your data

Your money data is stored on your device, and you are responsible for it. Because we don’t hold a copy, we can’t restore it if you delete the app or lose your device. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Free and Pro

The core Flowjar app is free. Flowjar Pro unlocks the 90-day forecast, unlimited jars (the free version includes 3), unlimited bills and subscriptions (the free version includes 5) and CSV export. Pro is available as:

  • Monthly — US$3.99 per month.
  • Yearly — US$24.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible users.
  • Lifetime — US$49.99, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Prices are listed in US dollars. The App Store shows the price in your local currency, which may include taxes and can differ by country or region.

6. Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • If you start the 3-day free trial, the yearly subscription begins and is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
  • Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Acceptable use

Use Flowjar only for lawful, personal purposes and as allowed by the Standard EULA. Don’t attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or to get around its purchase or security features, except where the law expressly allows it.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Flowjar is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we don’t promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its estimates will match your actual finances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any fees, charges, penalties or losses arising from decisions made using Flowjar’s estimates. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Changes

We may update Flowjar and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms, we’ll update the effective date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice on this page or in the app. If you keep using Flowjar after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
