Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Flowjar is an iPhone app developed and published by FightTech (“FightTech”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Flowjar app and this website (flowjar.web.app) handle, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us at support@fighttech.vn or through fighttech.vn.

2. Data stored on your device

Everything you enter in Flowjar — your goal, income and pay schedule, bills and subscriptions, starting balance, jars, transactions, categories and notes — is stored locally on your iPhone. Flowjar has no account system and never connects to your bank. We don’t run a server that receives this data, and we can’t see, access or recover it.

• Device backups. Depending on your iPhone settings, app data may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud Backup or a computer backup). Those backups are handled by Apple or your computer, under their own terms.
• Face ID lock. If you turn on Face ID lock, iOS performs the check. Flowjar only learns whether it succeeded and never receives your face data.
• Reminders. Due-date reminders use iOS notifications. You can turn them off at any time in the iOS Settings app.
• CSV export (Pro). If you export your entries, Flowjar creates a CSV file on your device and you choose where to save or share it. Any copy you share is then handled by the app or service you chose.

3. Analytics and crash reports

To understand how Flowjar is used and to fix problems, the app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google. They may collect:

• Device and app information, such as device model, iOS version, app version, language, and approximate country or region.
• Anonymous identifiers, such as an app instance or installation ID generated by Firebase. These aren’t linked to your name, email or Apple ID.
• Usage events, such as which screens are opened and which features are used, and when the app is opened.
• Crash logs, such as the stack trace and basic device state at the moment of a crash.

What is never sent: amounts, balances, notes, or the names you give to bills, jars, categories and transactions.

Google processes this information on our behalf and may do so on servers in the United States and other countries. Retention follows Firebase’s settings and policies. You can learn more at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. When you contact us

If you email us — for example to ask for help or send feedback, including through a link in the app — we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach or include (such as your device model or app version). We use this only to reply to you and to improve Flowjar, and keep it only as long as needed for that. Please don’t send bank logins, card numbers or other sensitive financial details.

5. Purchases

Flowjar Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We don’t receive your name, Apple ID or payment details. The app receives your purchase status from Apple — for example, which plan is active and when it renews — so it can unlock Pro features. Apple’s handling of your data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

To check purchases and restore them on a new iPhone, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction details for your purchase, a random app user ID created by the app, and basic device and app information such as iOS version, app version and App Store country. It doesn’t receive your name, email, payment details or any of the money data you enter. RevenueCat processes this on our behalf; see the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

6. This website

flowjar.web.app is a static website hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like most web hosts, the hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site. The site loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. It doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies; it only remembers your language choice and, on the roadmap page, whether you prefer the board or list view, in your browser’s local storage.

7. How we use information

• To keep Flowjar working and fix crashes and bugs.
• To understand which features are useful, so we can improve the app.
• To reply to your messages.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

8. Sharing and selling

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google for Firebase services and website hosting, Apple for purchases, RevenueCat for checking purchases), or when required by law.

9. Children

Flowjar is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10. Your choices and rights

• You can delete the money data Flowjar stores on your iPhone at any time by deleting the app (and, if you use them, any device backups that contain it).
• You can turn off Flowjar’s notifications in the iOS Settings app.
• Depending on where you live, data protection laws may give you the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Because we don’t hold your money data, most requests will concern emails you’ve sent us — write to support@fighttech.vn and we’ll help.

11. Security

Because your money data stays on your iPhone, it benefits from the security of iOS, including your device passcode, and from Flowjar’s optional Face ID lock. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect the limited information we handle.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice on this page or in the app.
